Inspire, Motivate, Transform

At I.S.P.D.,  actions speak louder than words. The mission is to empower individuals through professional speaking that motivates and inspires real change this is a faith based business. My name is Phelan Calzado Sr.  anybody can become a better version of themselves! I.S.P.D. stands for IDENTITY,SELF WORTH,PURPOSE AND DESTINY I believe that experience is not the best teacher however it is the most effective. It is through my own personal experiences of drug addiction,alcoholism,physical abuse,homlessness,mental abuse,going in and out of prisons back and forth to  county jail as well as gang violence that i am able to relate to the struggles of many. Becoming the person that i am today has not been easy but it has been worth it, the  aim is  to give back to society in a positive way by giving others  hope not with just Words but by being the example showing them that all things are possible when we apply what we know.This message is aimed toward youth and adults caught in the vicious cycle of self destruction. Some people are a product of their environment others of wrong choices and decisions and some by choice no matter the circumstances God is able! We all have a part to play I believe This is done through music,motivation,and Professional Speaking with understanding. FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD. Believe that when an indvidual understands who they are and whos'  they are and begins to apply this understanding to their  life change has to come.
